All players must register before 19 July 2026 with a 30% deposit payment. Registration only via email: cc.ippotis@gmail.com
Full name, FIDE ID, FIDE rating, dates of arrival/departure, passport number (for visa purposes), and contact details.
Entry fees are fully refundable (minus transaction expenses) before 19 July 2026. Players rated above 2400 are exempt from entry fees.
From 19 July onwards, a €10 increase in participation fee applies. Capacity is limited to 160 players total.
Players staying at the official hotel pay through the accommodation package which includes all registration fees.
Players needing a visa should contact the organizer before 19 July 2026. Schengen visas are valid for Greece.
